Coffee Brew Method of the Week #6
This week we will be brewing a V60 pour-over based on Scott Rao’s method. In the mornings I like to fill a carafe with enough coffee for me and my partner. The carafe I use tends to hold 600ml of coffee so I’ve adjusted the Raos recipe to ensure I have the perfect amount. 600ml also usually works out to be enough for 2 cups of coffee, plus a little extra.
Here is the link to the original video: Scott Rao’s V60
As always, I recommend first checking out his video and then coming back to use this guide as a reference.
This updated method makes 2 cups of coffee
