Making significant progress through a daily to-do list, is what most of us strive for. It was something I typically struggled with before starting to utilize the 5 Minute, Easy Win Method, inspired by David Allen’s book, ‘Getting Things Done — The art of stress-free productivity.’ This method is ideal because even if you already have a working to-do list, Bullet Journal or other organizational system, it can be easily incorporated to further increase your productivity.
The method is made up of identifying all the tasks that will take no longer than 5 minutes to complete and then looking for small windows during your day to complete each task. Once a task is completed it acts as an easy win, adding to your willpower and momentum to your productivity.
