Method
- Rinse your filter thoroughly and add the ground coffee to the filter. Level the coffee grounds.
- Start the timer, pour 60g of water in slow concentric circles. Make sure all the grounds are wet.
- At 00:45, Pour an additional 90g (scale will read 150g) in a ‘spiral’ from the center to the edge of the grounds.
- At 01:45, pour an additional 100g (scale will read 250g) using the same spiral pouring method.
