Rustic Cabin Bread (with Cranberries & Pecans)
Baking bread is cozy and ‘hygge’ as they say in Scandinavia. It really is a simple way to achieve a slow mindful presence and out of it, you get something delicious.
The idea here is to dedicate some time to slowing down, so dedicate a day off to bake this bread. Put on some relaxing music (I like lofi) and take your time with each step.
