As humans, it is important to learn how to properly rest and recharge daily. My goal in the content that I provide, through Medium, my website, and my weekly newsletter is to teach people quick actionable steps to better rest and recharge. Below are my most recommended books, articles, and other resources.
The topics I write about are divided into 4 sections, to help you adjust different aspects of daily life - ‘Routines’, ‘Habits’, ‘Time Outside’ and ‘Home Editing’.
Routines + Habits :
Here I have combined these two topics as authors so often write about both within a book/resource. Habits are the daily tasks we learn and repeat to help us rest and recharge while routines are typically the combination of several habits.
