Morning Routine for Stress Relief
Some mornings we wake up more stressed and anxious than others. This can be difficult because we’re still expected to get on with things.
In this article, I want to let you know about a good morning routine that works for me when I feel stressed and overwhelmed.
This routine is made up of 3 habits that help me feel calm and clear as I start my day.
- Meditating.
- Drinking coffee (or tea) outside.
- Journaling
As the routine is designed to be a quick 30 minutes that fits into your morning, aim to complete each task in 10 minutes.

30-Minute Morning Routine that Helps with Stress
As mentioned, I tend to use this routine when I feel stressed or overwhelmed. It truly helps me feel calm and better prepared for clarity and productivity later.
The routine is divided into 3 separate parts, 10 minutes of mindfully drinking coffee outside, 10 minutes of meditation, and finally 10 minutes of journaling.
