This week I have been using this Aeropress recipe to make my coffee. It is based on the recipe named 13g That Make You Happy published on the Aeropress website. I spent the week making adjustments to the grind size to suit the Ethiopian coffee I have at home and I strongly recommend using coffee from a similar region, as this method is great at drawing out those flavors.

What you’ll need:
- The Aeropress
- Aeropress filter
- Aeropress paddle (for stirring)
- Scale
- Timer
- 13g Coffee: Ground slightly fine (setting 15 on a Baratza Encore grinder)
- Kettle: to heat water (190°F/ 87°C)
- Water
- Mug
Set up:
- Insert a filter into the Aeropress basket and rinse with hot water.
