Today I want to talk about one of my clients, Michael (I’ve changed his name), a driven and ambitious professional who thrives in his demanding career. However, like many high achievers, Michael struggled with one crucial aspect of his day — waking up early and getting started.

Mornings had always been difficult and Michael constantly pressed the snooze button. Every day he would feel frazzled before his workday even began.

When we met for our first call I had Micheal recognize the critical role of efficient mornings in setting the tone for success. Over the first couple of weeks, we worked to make sure he found early mornings effortless. Throughout this article, we’ll go into detail about how we did that and how you can too.

As I said above, before starting my program, Michael's mornings were a whirlwind. Despite his best intentions, the allure of extra sleep always seemed more compelling than the prospect of an early start. Each morning began with the snooze button and rushed routines. Consequently, he started his day feeling behind schedule and mentally drained, setting a less-than-ideal tone for productivity and success.
