Method
- Start the blooming process by pouring 60g over the grounds. Ensure the grounds are completely saturated. Use the spoon to gently stir north to south, east to west. Wait 30 seconds.
- At 00:30, pour in concentric circles up to 250g.
- At 01:15, pour until 450g.
- At 02:00 minutes, pour until 500g
