By 9 am eastern time (USA), I will publish a link to the brew method I’m trying that day. So set your alarm, grab your beans and your V60 and let’s get brewing.

What you’ll need:

• V60 filters (enough for each day)
• Scale
• Timer
• Burr grinder
• Kettle
• Water
