Elevate your cold brew experience with the Inverted Cold Brew AeroPress method. By turning the AeroPress upside down and using a slow, cold water steep, you‘ll brew a concentrated and exceptionally smooth cold brew.

This method brings out nuanced flavors while maintaining a refreshing and low-acid profile. Perfect for those who appreciate the artistry of cold brew coffee.

Ratio: about 1:10 coffee-to-water ratio

Ingredients:

— AeroPress
— Medium-coarse coffee grounds
— Cold water
— Filter and filter cap

Setup:

— Start with the AeroPress in the inverted position (plunger at the bottom).
— Add 20–25 grams of medium-coarse coffee grounds to the AeroPress.

1. Brewing:

— Pour cold water (about 200–250 ml) over the coffee grounds, ensuring they are fully saturated.
— Gently stir the coffee-water mixture with the provided stirring tool or a long spoon.
— Attach the filter cap to the AeroPress.

2. Steeping:

— Allow the coffee to steep in the inverted position for 12–24 hours. Place the AeroPress in the refrigerator during this time for a slow and controlled extraction.
